Individual Sustainability

 Through this course, students will learn how to become a sustainable greener person. All first year and transfer students are required to take this course. In this course. Students will learn the basics of what it means sustainable in the 21st century.  Studying recycling, renewable energy types, Green building standards, and learn the art of composting and reducing their carbon footprint. Covering everything from what cleaning products won't hurt the environment to creating constructive social media arguments to minimizing personal food waste. We want our students to not just be prepared for their sustainable careers but sustainable lives.
